| Rugged PC Store, LLC. does not accept returns, accept order cancellations, nor provide refunds once an order is placed and the payment processed. |
| At the sole discretion of Rugged PC Store, LLC, exchanges or replacements may be processed and such transactions will incur a 25% restocking and inspection fee. |
| Rugged PC Store, LLC is not responsible for lost, undeliverable, misplaced or stolen items once your order has been shipped. You will be provided with a Tracking Number via e-mail when your order is shipped. In the event of a loss, Rugged PC Store, LLC will provide any information available to help you with your claim with the shipper or your insurance company. |
| Orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable once the order has been placed. Custom orders and back ordered merchandise may require an extended period of time for manufacture, configuration, and delivery.
In order to receive credit card approval and verify shipping address validity we will charge your
credit card upon receipt of the order. |

All merchandise is sold "AS IS." Rugged PC Store makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system downtime, lost data, etc. This disclaimer by Rugged PC Store in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
